We’re super-excited to announce that our brand new course 7-Day Home Workout Challenge is now up and running!
The 7-Day Challenge is completely free and serves as a kind of overall start-up package for anyone wanting to get in shape, get tips for healthy eating, get inspiration for working out at home and get ideas, information, and motivation to change their life. In short, it’s a nice kick-start for healthy living!
The topics covered in the 7-Day Challenge are home workouts, nutrition, stretching and recovery, and motivation.
We have included four high-intensity interval workouts in the 7-Day Challenge. What makes the workouts really cool is that they’re quick to complete (more or less 10 minutes), you need absolutely no equipment to do them, but still we do guarantee that you will feel the effect! The workouts will surely leave you panting and your muscles begging for mercy.
What’s also great is that the workouts suit everyone: if you are just a beginner, you can take it easy and have a break or two and if you’re in a good shape you can push full speed ahead. We’ll also be sharing info on why we believe that these types of high intensity home workouts are the best for getting in shape.
The second part of the 7-Day Challenge are the nutritional tips. You’ll get a bunch of ideas for healthy eating and advice on how to boost weight loss.

Stretching and Recovery
This part of the 7-Day Challenge will teach you first of all why it’s important to do stretching, secondly, how to do it effectively, and finally, how to make it a habit.
We’ll also be sharing details for boosting your recovery process, so that your body is better prepared for those high-intensity home workouts!
The last but not the least part of the 7-Day Challenge is our very own program for achieving your dreams. We’ll be giving you step-by-step advice for setting up a goal, getting the motivation and actually reaching that goal, whatever it may be. The advice given is very hands-on, so you can get started the very same day. No excuse to postpone the start of a diet, etc. for the next day!
